Bauli Filled Croissants Review by Mom's Lifesavers

Bauli Filled Croissants Review by Mom’s Lifesavers

Bauli croissants are a wonderful treat. These filled croissants are made using a traditional recipe that ensures it stays fresh longer without any added preservatives – and that is music to our ears. These would be the perfect addition to Easter brunch or even an Easter basket. Bauli croissants are individually wrapped and perfect for that grab and go snack.

Mom’s Lifesavers was provided with a sample of Bauli Filled Croissants to facilitate this review. All opinions expressed are our own.

About Bauli Croissants

Like Bauli’s holiday Pandoro and Panettone, the Bauli croissants are made using a “mother dough.” Water and flour are progressively added to this nucleus to create a croissant dough with natural yeast instead of chemical additives, allowing it to rise naturally.

After 18 hours of natural leavening, the croissants are soft and flavorful with a delicious aroma.

They also stay fresh for much longer than most bread or cakes, without any added preservatives.
