Mom Approved All Natural Soup from Two Guys in Vermont

We received 3 jars of Two Guys in Vermont All Natural Soup to help facilitate the writing of an honest review. A positive review is not guaranteed. All opinions and experiences expressed are that of Mom’s Lifesavers.

I will be the first to admit I grew up on condensed soup in a can – I like to think I have branched out a bit since then and have even came up with a few recipes of my own, so I was excited for the opportunity to try a soup native to New England that was made with locally grown ingredients.

Soup-Label

Veggie Basil Goodness

With the Polar Vortex pushing down on us here in New England it seemed like the perfect time to for soup. My sister joined me in sampling the Veggie Basil Goodness. When we heated it up over the stove – just pour and heat – one of the first things I noticed is that I wasn’t looking at chunks of vegetables. Two Guys in Vermont’s Veggie Basil Goodness was more of a puree, the texture was consistent but not thin or runny – my interest was peeked – I could smell the basil and couldn’t wait for the first bite.

We added a little fresh Parmesan cheese to the soup and gave it a try. The result – Summer goodness in a jar! My sister, who prides herself on her own organic veggie garden and recipes was very impressed. Her only suggestion – “Some crusty bread on the side would be great.” after a few bites, she added – “This would make a great summer soup too – chilled and served in shot glasses.”

I couldn’t have agreed more! The soup was fantastic and we finished every drop of it, one jar provided 2 very large servings.

Hearty Curried Apple Butternut Squash & Chunky Garden Tomato Soup

The Hearty Curried Apple Butternut Squash was a huge hit with Christine’s husband – a professionally trained chef – he can be a tough customer and he gave this soup 5 stars!

The Chunky Garden Tomato Soup is perfectly paired with a grilled cheese – ideal for dipping,

Eco-Friendly: These soups go beyond taste!

  • Responsibly made using only fresh ingredients and nothing artificial
  • Packaging – Two Guys in Vermont soups are packaged in glass bottles – which does not contain BPA and is reusable and recyclable
