What’s the 12 year old gamer going to say when he opens this totally lame gift from Mom and Dad?
I found this prank gift box and knew this would be the perfect wrapping for our 12 year old son’s gift. This year has been a year of adding chores and more responsibility around the house to his plate – as well as his growing interest in gaming. So what better than giving the gift of ‘Extreme Chores – A motion controlled video game’ – well that’s what the box says anyway.
I have to say I was giggling as I was wrapping his present (we filled it with something he has been asking for ALL year) and yet rather than thinking about seeing the joy on his face as he opens his well sought after gift, I found myself looking forward to the disappointment on his face when he opens his new ‘Extreme Chores Gaming Package’ – how wrong is that? – This mom needs a break from holiday wrapping – I think I’ve lost it!
