Let’s Eat! Salad Dressing

May 29, 2013 By: Bonnie1 Comment

 DiBurro’s Famous Italian Salad Dressing

The other night I had the luxury of attending a banquet with my daughter at the DiBurro’s Function Hall – it was an incredible night.

I thought it was funny that behind the bar they were selling bottles of salad dressing – it just seemed out of place.

When I returned to the table with several ‘Shirley temples’ – the hottest selling drink amongst 7 year old girls – I mentioned the salad dressing to a girlfriend – her response “It’s awesome – the best Italian dressing you’ll ever have!”

Sure enough the salad was served and I loved it! The dressing was wonderful! My friend mentioned that it was even available in supermarkets. I stopped at my local Demoulas Market Basket today and there it was. We had it on salad tonight (I can’t wait to use it for a marinade) and my daughter and husband asked for seconds – this is going to be a pantry staple.

Do you have a favorite dressing or marinade? I’d love to hear from you.
