True Story Confession!
It’s hard to believe Christmas 2012 was almost a year ago. Following the festivities, the New Year arrived with a few challenges to say the least. With a full ‘dance card’, I wasn’t sure how I was going to tuck Christmas away and get on with 2013.
It felt like I had just put everything up on the tree and now it was time to put it all back – ornaments in their keepsake boxes, take apart the artificial tree, roll up the lights, etc. I just didn’t have the energy.
Solution – wrap it up and stick it in the closet – I’ll deal with it in December ’13.
Well here we are, December 2013 and here is a short video of our kids ‘Opening the Christmas tree’ – probably not a new tradition for our family but it worked in a pinch when this mom just needed a break.
