The New Year is just days away and I can say that I am ready! It feels so good to have a REAL head start on what seems like the same New Year’s resolution I make every year: to lose weight and get healthier.

Mom’s Lifesavers was provided a free trial of the Jenny Craig program. However, the opinions expressed are entirely our own.

Christine and I started our Jenny Craig journey with all of you at the end of August and the results for us have been great. I’ve lost 21 pounds* and gained my confidence back and my energy. I’m actually looking forward to seeing my doctor next month and weighing in (that’s a first).

The Jenny Craig program makes it so easy to get started. It was like having a restaurant menu to choose from. With all the options, snacks and variety, I can honestly say I wasn’t hungry. When the kids had pancakes for breakfast, so did I. When we watched a movie and had popcorn, I grabbed a bag of Jenny Craig kettle corn.

About the Jenny Craig Program – Members eat 6 times a day (3 main meals with 3 snacks) and follow personally-customized programs, including nearly 100 delicious menu items, personalized menus/activity and motivational plans.  Members can still eat their favorite foods, there is no need to eliminate any food groups. No counting, tracking or worrying.
