Fishing Camp The Game
Fishing Camp The Game Mom’s Lifesavers
You may already know by now that Tuesday night in our home is game night. This week we played Fishing Camp The Game and it was a hit with all of us.
We were provided with a sample of Fishing Camp The Game to facilitate this review. The opinions expressed are our own.
I grew up salt water fishing, living along a river right near the ocean and thought this game would be perfect for family game night.
I worried though, my kids haven’t fished as much as I did when I was a kid and my husband not so much. Did this effect our game play? No way.
With 4 levels of play, each player plans for the level they will play at (level 1 easy and perfect for the younger set and then the levels get gradually harder). Our kids played at level one and my husband and I levels 2 and 3.
The Object of the Game
Return to the dock with the largest catch. There are a variety of playing pieces from canoes to power boats , pick the one that suits you best to move around the board by rolling the die. Catch fish by answering questions correctly and that fish is yours. Each ‘fish’ card is labeled with a weight – our youngest caught a 25 lb fish and won the game.

Family Game Night
Fishing Camp The Game is perfect for family game night. You can play at the level that suits you, and maybe even challenges you. The play was fast and kept moving, perfect for when you want to be able to call it a night and wrap things up.
Another great part of playing Fishing Camp The Game, the snacks: goldfish crackers and gummy fish – game themed food snacks are always a hit.
