Achieve Workbooks
Real-World Learning that Empowers Kids to Think, Solve and Create
Our littlest one is always looking to do homework with her older sister. However, when you are 4 there isn’t a lot of homework to be had, so when we had the chance to review the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Curious George Adventures in Learning and Achieve! workbooks we were happy to put them to the test.
Curious George Adventures in Learning Workbook
When our youngest opened the Curious George Adventures in Learning workbook, she was so excited to write her name on the first page and get started. The full color illustrations were bright and welcoming, as we read the story out loud and followed the pictures along, she was so happy to get to the ‘work’ about what she had just heard. She identified right away with one of her favorite characters and being a part of his adventures.
Achieve! Workbooks for Grade 2 Ages 7-8
Our older daughter loves the Achieve! workbook. The full color pages, photographic images and interesting activities almost mask that this is a workbook. She looks at it as an activity book and got right to ‘work’ on it. Did I mention that the book also has stickers? It does, more than 100 of them – awesome.
As a parent, I love that the workbooks include a free download of the entire workbook online so that I can print favorite pages over (and over) again.
Achieve! and Curious George Adventures in Learning workbooks are available for $12.99 each, learn more online at www.hmhbooks.com/workbooks where you can download a sample and register your workbook.
